Your account

Sign-in, plans and storage, exporting and importing, and deleting your account.

All of this lives in Settings.

Password. Press Change password. You can also sign out your other devices at the same time. If you signed up with another account, use Set a password to add one.
Passkeys. Press Add a passkey to sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
Two-factor sign-in. Press Turn on two-factor sign-in and scan the code with an authenticator app. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Email. Change the email you sign in with from Settings.

Plans

Free has everything you need for tasks, lists, calendar and notes.
Marbler Plus adds more room for files and extras like forms and webhooks. Pay monthly or yearly.
Team is for groups who work together. See Sharing and teams.

You can also add more storage on its own. Press Manage subscription in Settings to change or cancel your plan.

Storage

Settings shows how much of your room you have used. Paid plans have more room than Free. If you go over, nothing is deleted. New files wait until there is room.

Export your data

Press Export my data. You get one zip file with all your data, your tasks as a spreadsheet, your notes as plain text files, and all your files.

Bring in your data

Use Import in Settings to bring tasks and notes from another app. Pick the app you are coming from in the list, then follow the steps.

Updates

Under Updates, pick Live (recommended) for the steady version. Pick Beta to get new features earlier. Beta may have bugs.

Delete your account

Press Delete account and enter your password. Your account is hidden at once. For 30 days you can still restore it. After that it is erased for good. Deleting your account also cancels any subscription.
